A Faith-filled Declaration

Ezra 5-6; Psalms 138; Luke 16

“Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes, with your right hand you save me. The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; your love, O Lord, endures forever – do not abandon the works of your hands.”

Psalm 138:7, 8

“…we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

This amazing promise is for all those who place their lives in the hands of God and receive his salvation through Jesus Christ. God’s hand stills the anger of our foes and saves us. God’s hand opens doors of opportunity in front of us and provides for our needs as we step out in faith. God’s purposes for us are motivated by love and they are eternal. Our daily mission is to stay in the loving hands of God as we maintain unbroken fellowship and communion with him, so he can live, love, and work through us for his glory.

Can we declare this faith-filled promise and prayer over our lives?

“Lord God, fulfill your promises and purposes in my life, for your glory.”
